We had a wonderful experience at a beautiful boutique hotel with a perfect location. The staff was always available with suggestions and went above and beyond by booking reservations and providing map directions. Our room was comfortable and inviting, and we can't say enough about the friendly and welcoming staff. we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit.

Great location near Gothic Quarter and harbor. Amazing service and staff who go above and beyond. Rooftop bar with excellent drinks and firework views. Rooms are comfortable with nice touches like slippers and rain showerhead. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

The staff at this hotel are kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and provided excellent service. The location is amazing, situated in a beautiful area with easy access to the beach and shops. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel facilities were great, with a rooftop terrace and pool that provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fine views.

The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The rooms at Serras were clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. They provided a mobile phone with city guides and free calls/text/data, including to the US. The staff was exceptional and very helpful, making reservations for us on several occasions. The rooftop bar offered great views of the city and was a comfortable place to relax.

Felt very at home, no reason to complain.

This luxury venue exceeded our expectations with exclusive amenities such as a private facilities and in-room breakfast. the service was impeccable and the restaurant offered special diet menus. the outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace and poolside snack bar was a highlight, as was the massage and solarium. the location was ideal for exploring the city.

The only minor issue was the lack of a Casino on site, but this did not detract from our overall experience.

We enjoyed spending time on the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool, which had stunning views of the surrounding area.

The only minor issue was the location, which was a bit far from some of the main attractions. the hotel staff were quick to offer transportation solutions, making it less of an inconvenience.

The location of this apartment was perfect for exploring and enjoying dinner and drinks. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and given a tour of the apartment. The fridge was stocked with water, beers, and fresh cherries, which was a delicious touch. The apartment had everything I needed for a fantastic stay, including comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my happiness. They even stored my luggage until my room was ready and graciously drove me to the airport upon departure. The apartment itself was well-furnished with high-quality materials and a modern design, giving it a luxurious feel. I highly recommend this apartment, especially for families or couples.
